Ariana Pharmacy consistently fails to provide prescriptions that have been sent electronically from the doctor. This negligence has resulted in unnecessary delays and inconvenience for patients who rely on their medications. Despite repeated promises to call back, the pharmacy staff frequently cites unavailability or stock shortages as reasons for not dispensing the prescribed medications promptly. Moreover, the unhelpful attitude of the staff on duty exacerbates the situation. Whenever I have attempted to reach out to the pharmacy via telephone, my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness, combined with their rudeness when I have managed to speak to them, reflects a complete disregard for patient welfare and a lack of professionalism. Looks like they are working in jungle! Not being professional..

This pharmacy is terrible, previously given wrong medication prescribed for my Son. Went in today to get some temporary relief for a friend and was told i was wasting their time and they could not suggest anything and the friend needed to go back to the drs (hers closed until Tuesday) imagine being told by the pharmacist (manager) he was annoyed and furthermore walking off when I was still enquiring about medication, really poor service and very unhelpful, they need to take a course in customer service training!

They hardly ever answer the phone and they need to deliver to their customers home delivery prescriptions everyday as 3 times a week is not good enough - they always blame lack of drivers when they promise they deliver 7 days a week. Don't overpromise and under deliver!!
