My first time visiting this pharmacy and I won’t go again. When I went in there was a lady waiting who said she’d been there for five minutes and none of the staff had acknowledged her even though they must have known she was there. After another few minutes one staff member said to another “could you serve while I was these pots” so the lady who had been waiting a while was attended to. I was still ignored. Another customer came in, also ignored but when the next person came in for methodone, they were immediately served before us. When I asked for what I wanted I was just told “I don’t think we have it”- no offer of an alternative. I left and went to Weldricks a few minutes away who were everything they weren’t at Maltby Pharmacy, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
