Ive tried to have my prescription delivered because right now Im to ill to go out to collect it although it states they do deliver that is not true ive also contacted them to have my prescription in blister pack as i do have problems following my medicines prescribed times and days its made worse by my prescriptions not being filled in full in the first place since they astablished there own dispensary there service as deterioted badly. take today for instants I've rang again all day intending to as them if I could send a friend down to collect my filled prescription on my behalf the phone just rang apparently according to there own Web page they are open but weren't more fairy tales and one drug I'm taking was multiplied x2 it isn't what my prescription says I shouldn't take twice the dosage certainly a dispensing error on there part

my son's prescription is so large that I pre order it so that it will be ready for collection. I rang this pharmacy 13 times today between 9am and 1.00pm no reply I then had to physically go to the pharmacy as tablets needed today but told it's such a large prescription it won't be ready until 4pm. I asked why the phone is never answered (it was ignored whilst I was there even though an assistant was doing nothing) and was told they are too busy to answer the phone. this is not an isolated incident, it is the norm for this pharmacy and I am fed up with the poor service on offer.
