Every time I collect my repeat prescription I have to check the items as undoubtedly my medicine is replaced with a genetic brand even though I have expressed to the pharmacy that this brand does not suit me and gives me side effects
It is so frustrating and I get told but they are exactly the same ingredients
They are not
Why can't I just have my usual brand and not be craftily substituted in the bag when Collecting my items

I require a repeat prescription on a monthly basis. The staff at this chemist are always friendly, helpful and even opened up in the snow weather to help everyone who needed medication. | ||||||

The service we have experienced has always been above and beyond, we've used the pharmacy since it's move from the priory view parade shops, some years ago.
Always greeted with a smile,any concerns they will sort it out, if not possible at that time they are happy to telephone you back to update You to keep you updated, communication at its best. | ||||||
