We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.

    As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

    Put up with this appalling service for about a year, but enough is enough really bad service. Went in last Thursday and was told there would be a 15 minute wait, but decided we would come back on Saturday as the assistant said they would be ready then. My wife still had to wait while they processed them. So we will be changing our Chemist. It was a great Chemist when it was a Co Op dispensary. Advice to everyone don't get your repeat prescription sent here.

    Highfield road well pharmacy have recently had issues with their computer system. Having changed system many of sent prescriptions had been locked in the old system rendering it difficult to administer sent prescriptions. The member of staff very kindly gave me an emergency supply of my medication and then hand delivered the rest to my home address when he had personally solved the issue . Thank you so much for this as I have recently had knee replacement surgery.

    With elderly parents having trouble remembering to take medication we consulted with the pharmacist at this pharmacy. He has been wonderful and sorted out weekly packs of medication in easy to use and monitor packs all delivered for free. I can't recommend this pharmacy or him highly enough. Set our minds at rest thank you !!
