    Friendly and helpful. Obviously puts customer care at the forefront. Changed to Walton following the ‘jobsworth’ attitude of Stone Pharmacy and very glad I did.

    complete & utter waste of time, staff have no idea what they are doing, keep asking the same questions over & over, my prescription was left with them on 19/5/20 i went in to collect 9/6/20 only to be told it wasn't ready & would be a couple of days, so i called in today 13/6/20 to be told they couldn't find it, twice i was asked my name, then twice my address, twice my postcode & finally twice i was asked my date of birth, after 20+ mins they found my prescription & started to say they couldn't find it was because there was a generic name on it!!!! don't they put things in alphabetical order?

    Since changing to Birchal, Watson everything related to prescriptions has gone extremely smooth, the previous pharmacy made a trauma out of every visit but now it is a pleasure to get my prescrition as it all goes so smoothly. Well done all at B&W and thank you.
