Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I totally agree with all the negative comments posted thus far!! I was let down completely and landed up in hospital due to there total incompetence
I shall be going back to kamsons which is the lesser of the two evils

I don’t think I have ever had a smooth stressless visit here. My prescription comes directly here from the doctors around the corner, but the way this pharmacy carry on you would think the doctors was on another continent with the lack of communication between the two. My impression of this pharmacy is lots of people running around like headless chickens. They seem to have no real systems in place between an order coming in from patients, doctors etc. To the drugs etc. Being collected by the patients. Prescriptions are lost, drugs are lost etc. Then when you have the audacity to mention these failings to them ie. ‘you told me twice that my full prescription was ready, yet here I am and 2 items are missing!’ They then come up with lots of excuses, give you loads of attitude and try to blame everyone else for their failings. Essentially pretty much every drug collection experience I have had with them has been an unpleasant and long one. I also think there is a lack of professionalism there too, there private box to talk to the pharmacist in private is anything but private, everyone can overhear your conversation. On the one occasion I talked to the pharmacist about head-lice, he physically recoiled from me! (I didn’t have them but wanted to ask a question) which I thought was totally unprofessional. I’m afraid because of their consistent failings and chaotic practices which detrimentally effect patients I can’t recommend this pharmacy at all. Original Comment Report...
