I've always found the staff to be friendly here. They send me a text to inform me when my
Prescription is ready, which my
Old chemist didn't. I have found on occasion they have to order meds in but do let
Me know as soon as they arrive. They do close at lunch time, this isn't shown on their website. Maybe this is something they need to look into. Overall I prefer this chemist compared to others in the area. It's easy to park, you never have to wait to long for a prescription even if you take in a paper prescription. Keep up the hard work guys. | ||||||

when arriving the the pharmacy on many occasions, repeat prescriptions were either misplaced, not ready or the prescription lost. was supposed to be on the text reminder system but for the last 12 months , never received a text to say prescrition was ready. tried every month to be put back on this service, but this never happened | ||||||

This is a shocking pharmacy. They never have medication in and always has to be ordered and even then this isn't always done. I dropped a prescription in and it wasn't ordered and was just told to come back next day, 3 days after I originally dropped it off. I wasn't even asked if I needed the medication, no one apologised, just shocking service. There are about 4 or 5 people working in the pharmacy part but you always wait for someone to serve you at the till. They can see you waiting but do not come down. Some of the staff are quite abrupt and not customer friendly at all. Before Boots took this pharmacy over it was a great pharmacy but unfortunately Not now. I wouldn't recommend this Boots pharmacy to anyone and would recommend you go elsewhere. I've only given it one star because you have to give it something but it doesn't deserve that. | ||||||
