Appalling customer service. I called in on weds to collect prescription ...which wasn't ready so they said they would deliver it yesterday. It never arrived so I just phoned. First they couldn't find it, then they found it but one item was out of stock. I asked if the rest can be delivered only to be told it will be next Tuesday at the earliest! Asked for a copy of the part of the prescription that they can't get so I can get it elsewhere but was told they can't do that. So now I have to traipse back to Asda to collect what they've got because I will run out over the weekend and will just have to go without the missing item

To start almost every time I visit Asda to collect my repeat prescription it is wrong! On this occasion I did not receive one of my prescribed lots of tablets because there was a shortage of 10 mg tablets being a Friday evening I was told to contact 111. After multiple calls to 111 and calls from the on call doctor I was sent to another pharmacy at station road Sowerby Bridge to collect a week's supply of 2.5mg tablets, who I may add was very helpful. I returned to asda as I only had only a week's supply and was going to be in the same situation in a week to see what could be done.They said they would request a prescription from my GP for a supply of 2.5 mg tablets instead of 10. Why was this not done anyway I asked, surely just not getting me any tablets at all is not acceptable? Should the GP or yourselves sorted this I asked and was told, lets not play the blame game by the assistant! See below quote taken from the NHS pharmacy services explained web site . . Maybe Asda Pharmacy should read their own web site? Oh by the way to the person I was talking to at the asda pharmacy when I was feeling frustrated and annoyed at having to run round chasing tablets and I suggested this is why the NHS is in such a mess, well just think about all the time wasted ringing 111 and the on call doctors time not to mention me and my wife's time when this could all have been avoided with good customer service, after all I am a customer, am I not ?

Have never once had my prescription in stock and when asked to order in you'd think you'd asked them for their salary. Rude and disinterested staff.
