Care first pharmacy are very prompt & very polite. The pharmacist is very helpful if you need any further advice

The newly taken over (previously Lloyds) management and staff provide an excellent service - pleasant, professional, knowledgeable - individualised service (my husband has complex medical needs and they recognise him and go out of their way to make sure he's comfortable. I love getting a text to say prescriptions are ready. The negative reviews coincide with the pharmacy in its previous form as Lloyds ( I would have agreed with them) - it's a shame that these reviews are able to influence the scores so drastically. We feel lucky to have CareFirst.

Cannot understand the low rating. Before CareFirst, this was Lloyds pharmacy. They never had stock in, the wait was excruciatingly long. Everything is much more efficient now. That is just my personal experience. I am happy with the services they provide.
