So rude stood waiting at the counter for them to finish their conversation, I wasn’t even acknowledged. May I suggest a course in customer service. Disgraceful

I can't put into words how much I'm unhappy with the service, I had been waiting since Saturday for my percription as the chemist didn't have any of the tablets in, then when they were supposed to be there they hadn't arrived, to which I received a phone call this morning to say the percription was ready, when I went up for them I was told that I would have to call back in an hour, if this had been the first time I would let it go but as I have used this chemist for many years this is not the first, second or third time they have let me down, and the staff stand around talking about peoples business which is unprofessional

Asda where supposed to pick up my much needed pain killers they are a really stonge controlled drug.I informed them 4 days before I ran out but they never bothered to pick the prescription up. I was told by the chemist in charge that I would be better off going to pick them up myself this was 9-00 pm on a friday night.No sleep for me this week end
