Tried to set up electronic prescriptions which I was told by the receptionist had been done,
Three aborted attempts later I have now gone to boots after running out of medication.
I now require an emergency appointment with the GP to have a prescription issued.
Don’t bother and go somewhere else. | ||||||

I recently had a problem with my medication and the staff could not do enough to help me resolve the issue by finding the exact product I needed. I felt that they really cared and went over and above what is expected of them. One member of staff in particular resolved my problem and it made a real difference to my well being. Thanks very much to all at the pharmacy. | ||||||
