I have always been keen to support my local pharmacy over the past 10 years. Unfortunately in recent months the service has been reduced to a level which is making me look for an alternative. Their reluctance to consider requests and blaming others for their shortfall in service is disappointing. Finally closing on Saturday's has made using this pharmacy for repeat prescriptions difficult as I work Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. I will continue to use this pharmacy on the occasions when it suits, e.g. prescriptions as a result of a visit to the Barlaston surgery. | ||||||

I've used this chemist for over 20 years, but for some reason it's really gone downhill in the past few months. There's always a queue, and whether you want a prescription or some plasters you have to wait - and the staff these days seem to spend more time out of sight than at the counter. Please put more staff on! And please be more efficient with prescriptions. It seems normal now for people to be told that their items aren't available. This is not good enough. Management need to rethink how the chemist is run because they're failing their customers. | ||||||

My father has been using this chemist for as long as he has lived in barlaston which is over 50 years. He is 89 years old and has now moved his prescription to another pharmacy. The reason being that the service is not at all what it used to be. When picking up his prescription we are met with long queues and long waits. There is never enough staff on the counter and always an excuse (and it is always someone else’s fault)as to why prescription are not complete or ready. So disappointed | ||||||
