hello i.m writing this complainton behalf of my 79 disabled mother and partially blind she had 2 scooters that conked out on her at lunchtime she was there for nearly 4 hrs to try and get her shopping i think its a disgrace u shouldnt put scooters out that dont work u should have them serviced every week its for the safety of ur customers i did try to ring but as usual u cant talk to anybody y is that ? just hope u take this seriously and dont put unworthy scooters out for customers to drive them wen they.re not working hope u fixed as my mum is a regular customer after today she might go elsewhere
