Attended to collect prescription, initially ignored by 2 staff members for 5 minutes. Pharmacist then unable to find my prescription, eventually found it and printed off. Then told to return in 1 hour as pharmacist was going for his lunch. Advised I didn’t feel this was an acceptable request and was rudely shown to the door by a shop assistant. Very rude staff and unacceptable behaviour. Original Comment Report...
