Every single time I come to collect a prescription I always have to wait 15 - 20 mins. Surely they should be made up soon as the pharmacy recieve the prescription. I use to be able to collect and go and never had to wait around. I called my Dr's up today and changed pharmacy as boots have gone down hill. Also in the past I have phoned the store to ask a question and no one ever picked up. When they did pick up they said they was busy. I decided to go in the store and there was multiple staff standing around chatting about non work related stuff! Sort you're staff out boots!
