I just arrived home from pharmacy and would like to mention excellent customer service received from pharmacy today. Waiting time 5 minutes, advice from pharmacist when and how to take my medication with smile and positive attitude. Well done to everybody. Original Comment Report...

I visited this pharmacy recently and staff member serving me was very slow in their reactions. I wanted to buy something which took them ages and wanted to collect medication for my neighbor and they had plenty of excuses why it is not ready. I was told also by my neighbor that prescription was not ready again when they went there themselves to collect it, which I feel is not professional at all. Original Comment Report...
