Best pharmacy by far! The staff are polite and very attentive. They go out of there way to help you and they make sure u are fully aware of the medication and dosage ect! I have mine and my families prescriptions sent to them weekly and I wouldn't use anywhere else. They are quite a busy pharmacy but that just shows how popular they are due to the service they provide. | ||||||

I want to start by saying that all the dispensing staff are polite, chatty and helpful and I know from personal experience that they do go out of their way to help people. Unfortunately, this pharmacy is completely let down by one member of staff. This person is rude and abrupt. I have asked to speak to them in the past and have seen staff go to the back to call for them only to be then ignored for 10 minutes. This has happened more than once. Prescriptions take much longer to get to me than they did under the old pharmacists despite the efforts of the dispensers.
I've seen the same person criticising other staff in full view of the customers and having arguments with fellow customers across the shop. Their behaviour on more than one occasion has been deeply unprofessional and inappropriate for a workplace and it's put me off using this pharmacy any longer. It isn't my place to comment on other people's opinions of this pharmacy but I know of several people in the area that share my opinions and now only use this pharmacy because there isn't a more conveniently located pharmacy for them.
To sum up, this used to be a very good pharmacy and the dispensers still all do a very good job but one member of staff has put me off using this shop altogether. I hope that things improve in the future but I doubt it. | ||||||

My father in law was in a nursing home supplied by Bridgmans. The quality of performance shown by the pharmacy throughout his stay was first-rate. Medication was always supplied on time and there were never any delays in the supply of his medication. Towards the end of his life when he was registered in another nursing home; their pharmacy were unable to supply vital palliative care and pain relief medications due to lack of stock. In contrast, the nursing home staff at Bridgmans were compassionate, exceptionally helpful and were able to supply the palliative care medication that made his final few days in this world much more comfortable. I would recommend this pharmacy to any patient or care home in the Brighton area for the service they offered my family. | ||||||
