It is about time that this pharmacy was sorted out, there are constant queues, hassled staff and varied opening hours, sometimes closing mid afternoon. It had an excuse during Covid lockdowns but not any more. Cambourne is a large town and some people are unable to go elsewhere but having to collect repeat prescriptions each month I have had enough and I will be sorting out a local delivery service. It is about time Lloyds sorted out the staffing and provide a proper customer service before you find there are much more successful alternatives for the customer base who have been extremely patient and loyal up to now.

Words aren’t enough to describe the experience. Constant queues, don’t answer the phone, and sometimes don’t know what they’re doing. The staff are nice but the last locum pharmacist was a bully who lacks courtesy and is damn right rude.
