After an error with her medication delivery last year, it's happened again. With potentially serious consequences. My 88 year old mother has cognitive problems. Yesterday a 'grumpy man' delivered her meds.. She rang me, surprised that there were 3 extra medications included. Goodness what would have happened if she'd just taken them, given the potentially dangerous mix with her existing meds. I've contacted the GP practice about this negligence.

EXELENT STAFF NEW PHARMASIST TOP MAN bar one staff member. Has no people skills , disrespects patiants from behind a glass screen, gives other patiants details to wrong people. Most ignarent misrable man i have ever met. went out my way to find new chemist. management should be rid of him as the shop is a much hapier place when hes not ther. new pharmasist should be given the pharmacy job when mcarthys find a buyer. ??
