Travelled to Watford from south Wales and my partner experienced a cold sore outbreak during the journey. At home he uses aciclovir tablets which are prescription only. The pharmacy contacted our doctor surgery and were able to prescribe them to us within 30 minutes, absolutely amazing! So greatful! And the staff are lovely friendly people, and super helpful | ||||||

This is a busy pharmacy and yes sometimes you can wait for a while. It must be the only pharmacy in the area. However, the staff are polite, professional and always ready to help. In all the years I’ve been coming to this pharmacy, I’ve not experienced shoddiness and surprised that anyone would say that. Each and every staff are hard working and will answer your questions. When I’ve wanted to travel abroad I’ve been given the correct advice on medications and bought tablets at a competitive price.
I would rather wait a bit longer knowing that this pharmacy will look after my needs. Thank you to all the staff. | ||||||
