I have always found the staff at Beacon Hill friendly and concerned. They have gone out of their way to make sure I have necessary medications which are difficult to get. Only during this transition time have I had 2 prescriptions delivered back to me with instructionsto take to another pharmacy, not Lloyds. They have been working hard under very difficult circumstances. I wish them well in the take over. | ||||||

The staff in here were always so lovely, friendly and happy to help or advise, until the relatively recent change in management. The new manager is abrupt and rude, no people skills and the staff appear to tiptoe around her. Nobody answers the phone any more, no more ordering of repeat prescriptions is allowed and I received a snapped response when I asked for an explanation as to how I should order repeat prescriptions from now on. Sad that this once lovely village pharmacy has changed in this way. | ||||||
