I used this pharmacy, but they would never order the prescriptions when asked and would always blame the surgery as it could never be their fault. I also went in to sign and collect my prescription and a member of staff had written a price on the prescription even though I don't pay - asked why this had been done even before I collected the prescription and just got told by a member of staff it happens sometimes. The Pharmacist is very rude and has no people skills at all. I have now changed to another Pharmacist and have no problems whatsoever. Asda didn't even bother to give me an answer as to why their staff randomly put prices on prescriptions before the customer has even been in to collect and sign them.

My wife went to collect her acute prescription following a GP appointment. GP had issued 3 medications on 2 electronic prescriptions. Told only one received . Wife asked that they check as one was antibiotics for infection. Advised nothing from surgery for other two medications. After checking prescriptions on line and with surgery advised that both scripts sent at same time. The staff at ASDA need robust training on how electronic prescribing system works and not blame the surgery for their lack of checking the system or inadequacies. My wife has now changed pharmacists.
