I have only been to this pharmacy once but visited it on the strength of a positive visit to another Rowlands Pharmacy. My prescription was dealt with quickly (certainly within the promised 5 to 10 minutes), all items (including one item which can be hard to get) were available. There was a steady of stream of customers to the pharmacy, the staff were civil and polite, and appeared to know those that were regular customers. In one case a customer came in on behalf of a regular, an assistant appeared to have a good knowledge of the regular, was concerned about her and offered a service that I regard as above and beyond what a pharmacy normally offers. The only downside was the broadcasting of services offered by Rowlands Pharmacies, I would find it mildly irritating quite quickly (fortunately, I was not there long enough). I know this is snapshot but on the strength of this visit I would have no reservation about visiting this pharmacy again.
