Absolutely terrible I won’t be surprised if the reviews on here are down by the pharmacy it self as fake reviews. The worst customer service pharmacy in Birmingham. They will Fail you again and again in delivering medication especially when it was for 86 year old frail woman and the attitude when question why it was late over 1 week was to go somewhere else we are going to move your name of list. When delivered it was a left outside late at night…hence late night pharmacy! Luckily I already speak to my gp and had another reliable pharmacy in place on standby. They are a shocking practice where money is all what matters as they get paid for the amount of prescriptions they get. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN as not sure what other dodgy practice they are doing.
