I really dislike using this pharmacy and only do so because of the very close proximity of the shop to my home. Staff are unfriendly, unsmiling and indifferent. If I arrange for a repeat prescription, I always have to wait for it to be made up. This happens even if I’ve given a couple of days notice by telephone. Typically, this often takes more than twenty minutes. During the transaction, there is no hello, please, thank-you or goodbye. As a customer, I am made to feel irrelevant. Now as if this isn’t enough, staff think nothing of starting a conversation with me, relating to my intimate medical history. Staff speak at normal voice, in front of other customers, despite having a discreet consultation room within the shop!
