The pharmacists are rude. They did not give me my essential diabetic medication and insulin when it was clearly prescribed by the doctor . When I tried to enquire the pharmacist was very off hand and brushed my query . This is the 2 nd time the pharmacy has not given me my prescribe medicine . I will never use your service again

They provided medications with very short expiry date (within a month & 2), when usually the same medications given should have at least 1 year expiry date from collection. My treatment was disrupted due to covid 19, which is not their fault, but they should have warned customer re: too short expiry date and what the implications could be. The worst part is, when called, they blame it on their supplier, and does not acknowledge the fact that they allow such practice to happen. Especially for medicines that costs nearly 2000 pounds, I feel that they care very little about their customers and have no ethics with the way they operate their business. I will not go again to this pharmacy and any other ASDA pharmacy and will discourage anyone to do so.
