What a terrible experience to say this is a boots store and pharmacy I will definitely not use ever again no wonder the store is always empty the staff and the pharmacist are all rude and unprofessional I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes which when stood waiting seems an eternity while people qued at the pharmacy counter to be then told there’s only one que HOW RUDE she saw me walk up to the counter and didn’t say anything to me why, very unprofessional boots need to restaff retrain and review absolutely disappointed !

Customer service wow shocking all 5 members of staff behind counter at pharmacy shop empty saw me stood they’re waiting and was more bothered about signing a leaving or birthday card I just walked off this isn’t first time this has happened recently right pathetic need some serious training they’re big time !!

Kept waiting a the pharmacy counter, even though the shop was empty, the lady would not look up or help with my request. The worst customer service I can remember. Staff need basic customer service training and need to be respectful at least, or I expect the shop to close soon as everyone avoids using it.
