I had sent my son to collect blood pressure tablets was refused because they were not sure of how l pay for my medication and was told that l shouldn’t be sending him to collect medicines on my behalf??. I have missed my medication today because of this and l feel very bad. I have always used this pharmacy for years all they could have done was check my record of how l pay for my medicines or they could even follow me up later for payments than with holding my medication.
