Impolite, unfriendly service, long queues and waiting time and you barely get eye contact let alone a smile or good customer service. If there is a problem with a prescription the bearded guy is always very rude and off hand and offers no help or advice as to how to sort it out

I put my husbands prescription in at the doctors last week waited a week then go to collect then they tell me some of the medication is out of stock so not been told our of stock go to doctors for alternative prescription have to wait again few days for prescription then go to collect prescription from doctors then go to boots again and they tell me we have to order stock in wait again still not collected prescription is this hour service I ask myself not happy life’s cheap

not Happy at all ordered my prescription last week collected but I still needed some items so they ordered for me went back few days had not been requested as doctor needs to be on repeat went back again after nearly a week not got all my supply of medication to be told my stuff close is out of stock with supplier can not get stack I was not even told about my prescription to inform the doctor is this good service I ask myself
