We've made it our mission to take the hassle out of prescriptions. To do this, we're changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines.
Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I should have had my prescription delivered la's week it wasn't, I ran out of meds on Friday which include insulin and heart meds I tried to phone but no one picked up at all, all of Friday.
Tried calling again this morning from 8.30, no one still picking up absolutely disgusting I don't feel so good and to get a taxi there and back will cost me nearly £10.00.
And unfortunately I have a foot injury so cant get there anyway.
What's the point of this awful delivery service?
It used to be a brilliant chemist. Not now.

My elderly fathers repeat prescriptions are supposed to be delivered to his home, the drivers on several occasions have not given him time to get to the door, also he is very hard of hearing and they don't take this into consideration. When I have phoned to complain, I was met with no apology, just abrupt and dismissive attitude. My father has been very mithered by all this. We will be moving to a new chemists. Three members of my family have electronic repeat prescriptions from this Pharmacy, however this will now cease. They are never ready, 80% of the time a trip to the GP is necessary to establish the fact that they do indeed have the script. Staff are surly, dismissive and at times downright rude. The Pharmacist is doing their best amongst the mediocrity. Avoid Original Comment Report...
