I went into this pharmacy today Wednesday 2nd May at 13:45 . I walked in to darkness and pharmacy
Assistants sat around on mobile phones. I was told they are closed and closed at 14:00 . They still had 15 minutes. I was picking up Asthma medication , which I need for my life threatening condition. | ||||||

I am seriously upset with this pharmacist. I am prescribed a controlled drug which he nearly always tries not to issue me with, also my steroids because when I do there's always a problem. Last month he tried to tell me the prescription hadn't been signed and appeared to go to a lot of trouble to get it signed. Wxhen I finally got the boxes they were dated the day before so he'd had them all the time. Last Tuesday I saw my GP as an emergency and he said he would send the prescription for steroids and antibiotics electronically to the pharmacy so it would be ready for me to pick up. I had to go to the hospital for an emergency x-ray and I only had 45 minutes to get there. The prescription wasn't ready and their activities looked suspicious. I couldn't wait any longer as they kept saying it would be ready soon.. So I should have started taking the medic and ation that night but couldn't obviously. I have to ring the pharmacy every time I have a prescription. The latest thing is that they owe me a box of medication. They said it would be in yesterday but didn't give me an owing slip. I rang this afternoon, Thursday 19th and it took them ages to come back and tell me they'd be in tomorrow!!
All this is costing me a fortune in phone calls and making me extremely stressed as I never know whether or not I'm going to get my correct medication. I have complained about this pharmacist before but nothing has changed. | ||||||

I went on 26th of Sept 2017 for some medical advice. Granny was feeling sick and I said that maybe they can help us at the Pharmacy. Couldn't be more wrong than this. The member of staff from the till was just checking me from the bottom to the top like they never saw foreigners around and gave me only rude answers and they didn't advice me at all. It was great to see their face when they were trying to understand my English! They simply pretended that they can't understand me and after that they started to be rude! Never again! I would rather walk for 5 miles for another pharmacy that to go there again! | ||||||
