Worst Boots I have ever been to! Unfortunately I have no choice because of my job. One member of staff in particular, rude and obnoxious! Even though I have been told several times prescription ‘ready’ for collection. It never was! NEVER answer their phones and have even refused life saving meds for my patients because they want to go home on time!! I’m very suprised it’s still open. Either sack all the staff and get people in who know what they are doing or close it down completely! For the sake of Wokings sanity!!! | ||||||

I've been a Boots customer for almost 4 years, and I never had problems before moving to Woking. This pharmacy is well below the standard. | ||||||
