poor service. never smile never helpful each time i try to contact by telephone they hang up

They have a sign saying "for best service, please wait 72 hours before collecting prescriptions". Over the last two years (once a month) I have waited 4-6 days. Today I waited aver a weeks, and they never have my prescription ready and don't make any apologies. There can be half a dozen people waiting to be served and all 4 staff are too busy chatting around the back to bother dealing with anyone. Last month when they finally finished making my prescription (half an hour after I had gone in) they had put someone else's medication in with mine. Thankfully I checked first otherwise I could have been taking medication that might have been dangerous to me. Today when I went in, after they had had my prescription for over a week. I waited 10 minutes, along with the only other 4 people in the building to be served as the staff were chatting around the back. My prescription still wasn't ready and they didn't have some of the medication on the prescription. I said I wanted to take my prescription to another pharmacist, so they gave me my prescription. When I got the the next chemist (20mins away) I looked at my prescription and found out I had only been given half of it, so I had to drive back to get the other half. When I got there, all the staff could say is, my prescription had been separated, with no explanation why and no apology. I have been into my doctors, which adjoins the chemists to ask if I can collect my prescription there from now on instead of it going to the chemist. When I explained why, they told me that there have been loads of complaints made by the public and by their own surgery staff about the poor service from the chemist.
