Started a new medication, they keep trying to get hold of me to ask questions so when I called back very quickly I told the person that I can only take calls between 12.30 and 1pm (WORK = NO PERSONAL CALLS) and still they ring at every other time of the day!

Many people have a problem with Boots prescription service , myself included items missing or they dont text to say a prescription is ready ,,,, its about time the whole system had an audit by the NHS as its really not fit for purpose , after watching the documentary about Boots its a management failure of course ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,understaffed etc But they are making money from the taxpayer , and not delivering a robust service Original Comment Report...
