Both my wife and myself have very limited mobility and was offered a delivery service by this Pharmacy. They have been my pharmacy of choice for several years and my prescriptions are sent electronically from Doctors surgery to them. They appear to be very disorganised with management of prescriptions and have frequently delivered or given to someone acting on my behalf only some of the items they have dispensed whilst the rest are left sitting on a shelf somewhere. Their delivery service would be laughable were it not for the fact that I order repeat prescriptions allowing a reasonable time before I need them only to find myself without my prescribed medication due to the pharmacy being unable to deliver to me. I am seeking an alterrnative pharmacy for the future.

I ordered my prescription in store over a week ago, still not there ! They advised me to phone my GP surgery which I did and was informed that they never ordered them !!!

Pretty disinterested service and they don’t seem very organised.
