Everytime I ring then it can take over an hour plus to get an answer it is always engaged I found out they were taking the phone off the hook because they were busy

Hi I'd like to know do you do an NHS health check my doctor is miss treating me I'm waiting for an appointment with the hospital but my legs need looking at soon as possible please I can't walk very far and I get severe pain and both legs are swollen thank you for your time
