Once again a prescription was presented and I was told one of the items needed to be ordered and it would take two days? I returned two days later and given two items none of which was the correct item. It took 10 calls to get through only to be told I had to return to the store to have the prescription corrected. This happens time and time again. It’s so frustrating. |

They take advantage of their position next to Prospect Surgery to offer a very slow service to what I am sure they view as their captive clientele. At any one time there are usually five to ten customers waiting for a prescriptions to be filled, which generally takes 15 to 30 minutes, or even longer if the pharmacist needs to attend to a patient in the side room. They appear to be very understaffed. If I am in a hurry I find it quicker to drive to another Pharmacy, half a mile away.
They often do not have the medicines I need every month in stock, despite the regular demand, if only from myself.
And if you have one of the later appointments at the surgery, you'll find the Pharmacy closed when you come out. So you won't be able to get your prescription filled..
I took in a prescription yesterday, only to be told it was likely to be a lengthy wait. I decided to leave it and called back today to collect. Despite the 24 hours interval, there were still two items missing from my prescription. I will have to visit a 3rd time to get these. - Hopeless. |
