As we know lateral flow tests are currently in short supply. Despite regularly searching we have been unable to obtain any for a while. My wife (aged 78) walked down to this pharmacy to ask if they had any. The assistant said that they had some but my wife could not have any without a sixteen digit No. (We have never been asked for this before at any pharmacy). My wife explained that she had an imminent dental appointment so would need to conduct a test. The assistant categorically refused to give her any tests. Under the present circumstances quite unbelievable. Is it official NHS policy to be so rigid and inflexible given the circumstances or is it just this particular pharmacy? | ||||||

My wife and I have visited the pharmacy for many years and have always received a totally committed and helpful service from all staff members. Our most sincere thanks to them. | ||||||

A joy to visit. They know what they are doing. You are made to feel one of the family.
Pharmacies in GP surgeries do not cater in such a wide range of other goods than medications & not all are open on Saturdays. | ||||||
