I had my prescription issued on the 15th of march, and i got told it's still not done whenever i phoned in. Then today, 4th of april, i thought it's surely done, slightly 20 DAYS OVERDUE, they still didnt have it done, not even ordered. The lack of organisation is just amazing, and to be honest, its a miracle they are still in business. This was the pharmacy in Northampton, Grosvenor centre. I really hope they do something about it, it's not the first time prescriptions are late or not done at all. If they would put monkey's there they could pick out the right meds in a few days too, and only need to pay them bananas.
