I went to pick my prescription, and was asked to write my name down on a piece of paper, i did. When the staff got the prescription, she asked my address, I worte it down on a piece of paper as I was on the phone. They said I need to tell them verbally!!! What a joke

I'm not sure where to begin. They talked me into switching my prescriptions to electronic, because it would be faster. So far, they've misplaced it twice, and never ever had it ready for collection. For example, prescription was sent on Friday morning. It is now Monday evening, and it wasn't ready. Last time, they had a week to get it ready, I still ended up waiting 15 minutes for it. Flu jab, they said would be quick and easy here. In the end, it took me 25 minutes. Then they had the cheek to say "see you again next year". No way, I'll book at the GP, thank you very much.
