Numerous mistakes made to medication week after week, vulnerable people being left without medication that they need for several days.
Pharmacist needing to be reminded that a controlled drug needs signed for in box on front of paper prescription!
Pharmacist talking to you as if you are stupid and then finally realises they have made the error and you are correct, no apology. Original Comment Report...
