I visited to have an ear wax removal procedure. Charlotte was absolutely brilliant, she was very knowledgeable, kept me informed about everything that she was doing and made me feel totally at ease. Very professional service.

The young man that was there,was rude, and telling lies.i felt humiliated and felt I couldn't go back in,is was find until the new staff came in the man mainly dont know his name.the older man has always been great with me.sorry had to be said.
