Due to staff shortages unable to make up online orders until you call in, in my case two of my items were unavailable. Private equity at its best!

For months now, there have been long waits to have medicines dispensed, they seem incapable of retaining staff and apparently a new pharmacist has taken on the business. Last straw was yesterday, 10/08/2023, went in to collect repeat medications, that had been sent up by my GP surgery 5 days previuous, to be told that it would be 30 mins to get them ready and that, oh by the way, we cannot give you all of one of your meds, I decided to leave it un til today, to see if they would have the medication in. Turned up at the pharmacy today to find a note on the door stating that the pharmacy was closed today due to having no staff. Now have to wait un til tomorrow. I have enough meds to do me today, but thats it.

Took 15minutes for the lady to find my prescription. Then told me to come back in 30 minutes. I only get a 30 minute lunch break. Useless store .I prefer Bedgrove.
