phone rings twice and cuts off. how can you check if a prescription is ready to collect

Never usually make a review but have just left Tesco in tears. Awful male Asian pharmacist . Did not get his name. Informed the pain I was experiencing was ‘in my head’ which was so hurtful and dismissive . He rolled his eyes and appeared to ‘tut’ at me. I didn’t ask for any advice or information but went there to simply purchase some medication. I was told that I shouldn’t be taking this medication and it won’t do anything to help- despite this being the only medication that has given me any quality of life . Unsurprising that a male has a poor attitude towards women’s health but so shocked at the poor customer service and lack of empathy. There were also people in the que that could hear this conversation. I was mortified. Please be aware you words hold weight and can effect people . You don’t know peoples medical history . There is a kinder more professional way to express any concern or provide medical advice and this pharmacist did not present in this way.

Tonight I have called into Tesco brighouse to go the pharmacy. I was wanting help and advise from the pharmacist the chap there was very very rude and very unhelpful and to the point of snatching back the medicine and saying go see your doctor, I had miss heard what the pharmacist said due go him mumbleing and I had already said pardon could you repeat. After minutes of me having to explain I miss heard him and couldn't hear what he said he slammed the medicine down and let me purchase then the rude manor in taking my club card and passing me the medicine and receipt I can't believe the experience I have had. I wouldn't let him service fruit and veg let alone have the important job as a pharmacist.
