Not only is the lady at the counter rude, she has been shouting at my mum every time she comes to pick her prescriptions. She is very aggressive. I tried to talk to her about her treatment with my mum, she told me to complain to whoever cares. What kind of practitioner is she? She provided no customer service help, nor did she have any interest in listening to what I had to say.

Out of the last five occasions I attempted to get various prescription medication they had it in stock once. I have had to return the following day on three visits and today was merely told "try another chemists". All three types of medication required are for common conditions including an ear infection. In my experience this pharmacy is utterly useless.
