Hello I’ve used these for 3 years to deliver vital medicine. For my mental health once they’ve delivered to wrong house!! And only sorted. after arguing that my meds had not been delivered to my house. Every other order it seams I’m chasing them up about there are poor service. Finally this week was the last straw!!! No delivery when due told me driver had finished at 2.34 and I know he starts at 1 pm. And finished at 5. Promised manager would call. Did not!!! Finally delivered a day late. Still with no call from manager 2 days later. “Please look for a better pharmacy” |

Let us (husband + myself) down today. My husband required a rapid access covid flow test asap for employment purposes today. He rang the pharmacy today to enquire about this + someone asked him to phone back in 30 minutes because the pharmacist was busy. After doing this he was informed that this test cost £75 + was not free at this pharmacy. On asking where free tests were he was advised to google Dudley council. No help. Why didn't they inform us at first call that they would only do it with their £75 charge. They are within their rights to charge if this is government ludicrous policy (that some pharmacies can charge) but they could at least communicate clearly when someone phones them with the initial enquiry Disgusting the way they wasted our time today. |

Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication with the doctors surgery, this led me being without some very important medication. I tried to call the surgery, however I was unable to get through to speak to anybody. I decided to come up myself via taxi to the surgery in order to resolve the situation. However, they were unable to assist me, and I was told that I would be put on a call back for the following day. This was not helping my situation, therefore I popped into the pharmacy to see if they could help. I spoke to a staff member who passed me onto the pharmacist. I explained the situation, they seemed very concerned, and ensured me that this would get resolved today. Within minutes they left the pharmacy and came back, and to my relief with my prescription. I was so relieved and so grateful to them, as I was panicking I would be without my medication. I have used this pharmacy for many years now, and have deemed the service to be great and on this occasion they went above and beyond. I am most grateful to them.
