Used the branch in Chorlton on the corner of Albany Rd for years. When it was the Co-op and then Well pharmacy it was well run and I had no problems. This all changed when Everest took it over. Staff are impolite and unprofessional to the point of being incompetent. They are a total shambles and are always messing up my repeat perscriptions. Now going elsewhere. |

Very rude. Other reviews here and on google confirm this. Tried to blame me for an error with prescription. Two were sent same day by GP, first one cancelled. But chemist mixed two up. Despite telephone call from myself. Very rude lady especially as she said “you people!”. So rude. Reply from Well Chorlton - Wilbraham Road Fri, 06 Sep 2019 16:57:13 +0100 Thank you for getting in touch. I’m really sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues collecting your prescription and I would like to apologise on their behalf. It is clear from your feedback that there was an error at the branch that will need to be investigated internally so I will be following this up with the branch manager to understand what happened and prevent future mistakes from happening. I will also highlight the high level of customer service that we expect from all of our branches, as I can see these have not been met on this occasion, and ensure this is fedback to the team. I sincerely apologise once again and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at yourexperience@well.com. Kind regards Elliot Palmer |

I have constant issues with my repeat prescription never being ready even though I leave 7 days plus between putting it in for renewal and collecting it from the shop. This happens every single month even though I have told the staff of my dissatisfaction of this service. Last month (December) they were unable to supply me with my beta blockers...I had to go over the Christmas period without them. This month I left it a few more days before trying to pick up my repeat prescription and I was told that they had lost my prescription... So yet again I have left the shop with no medication... Including my beta blockers. I have Long Q T syndrome, a serious congenital heart condition. I did complain to the person serving me and they said...complain to the chemist. I did and their response was that it was not their fault that they had lost my prescription. No apologies at all, just not their fault. A lady next to me said, your not the only one this happens too, it happens to me every month also. I am going to use another pharmacy from now on. |
