We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

The staff are very friendly and polite but lately I have been very frustrated. On several occasions I've ordered medication but when I've called to see if it's ready they have not even been ordered this is really dangerous for some of the medication I take. I've been told 1 date then when I've called on that date I've been told a week later and so on. When I put in repeat prescriptions it's only processed when I ring so I call in I still have a long wait despite sending the request well in advance. The pharmacy is good with nice staff etc but improvement is defiantly needed I don't think the new systems have helped Original Comment Report...

i use this pharmacy regularily and staff are usually very polite and helpful.
there are occassions when they are very busy and you can wait 15 to 20 minutes.
at other times you can colect almost instantly. as a regular i think they do a good
job and thank them for the excellent service. keep up the good work. Original Comment Report...

Every time I go I have to wait for such a long time either to be served or for my prescriptipn to be prepared, usually both. Even when I drop it off to collect later I have to queue for ages to collect it. Recently I opted to have my presciption sent there from my doctors thinking this would speed things up. No such luck, I had to wait in a queue of 8 other customers only to have to wait even longer after getting to the front of the queue. Am cancelling that service and taking my prescription to local supermarket in future where it is prepared whilst I shop. Original Comment Report...
