Closed on Saturday until further notice yet again. Please update opening times. Often 2hr lunchtime closing - service is worse than diabolical.

The service at this pharmacy has severely deteriorated in the last year or so. From being an efficient and friendly place, they have now constant shortages of staff, meaning regular and unannounced closures. Repeat prescriptions are delayed, in my case up to three weeks! Lloyds must do something about the staffing at this pharmacy, as they ruin their reputation as a reliable business. Staff are generally friendly, but they cannot cope with the increased business after Lloyds closed another pharmacy nearby.

As per all other reviews, no one answers the phone, I have been there to collect a prescription and the phone has been ringing constantly and the staff are just stood talking. They are rude and uncooperative when asked a question and jump down your throat because you did ask. I know the answer would be to move pharmacy, but it’s the one joined to my doctor practice and it’s 5 minutes down the road and why should I. To be honest if there was a 0 for an option of a review I would have ticked that!!
